The bathroom didn't offer much privacy, which took away from our comfort. We also heard sound carry between rooms and from the corridor, and people talking outside often woke us early. On the positive side, the rooms had modern design and lovely lighting, housekeeping was very good, and the reception staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

This was our second stay, and we love coming here. The rooms are modern and stylish, and they're always very clean. When I was sick, the kitchen staff kindly made me delicious chicken soup, even on a weekend. That's rare in Barcelona, and I'm recovering much faster thanks to them. Highly recommend!

I liked the hotel's simple style, and the room was neat and modern. The service was excellent. My only problem was the shower setup: there wasn't a sufficient slope in the shower area, and without a rubber seal at the bottom of the door, water ran into the room after every shower.

The team were incredibly kind and helpful, and made our trip much easier. Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, and great service. Many thanks to everyone for all the support!

The only good part was the lovely breakfast staff. I felt so uncomfortable staying here, and the reception staff and supervisor were rude and showed no empathy. When I asked to cancel and get a full refund so I could stay elsewhere, they wouldn't offer one. I arrived to find an open bottle of water and hair on the floor. The room was completely unclean, and the next room had a disgusting kettle, with mould and horrible stuff at the spout. There was no apology. They were not nice people, and this is nowhere near 5-star standard. Other reviews say the same, so save your money and go somewhere else. I've been to Barcelona often and will never stay here again.
