The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly. The hotel's location was convenient too. But we couldn't get proper rest during our two-night stay as a group of four. Noise from people opening doors or walking in the hallway carried clearly into the rooms, and the air-conditioning units were extremely loud. Both rooms also had toilet flush systems that were broken and didn't work properly. We told reception several times, but nobody came to fix them. We had to keep using the restroom near reception instead. Even with the clean rooms and kind, professional staff, I can't honestly recommend the hotel. When guests can't sleep or use the bathroom comfortably, it's hard to justify paying €200-€300 a night.

The reception staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay. My room was remarkably quiet, so I could focus and work efficiently. It had a comfortable workspace, with a spacious desk and a beautiful sea view that made remote work a pleasure. The location gave convenient access to the city while still feeling peaceful, away from the bustle. It's an excellent choice for business or leisure if you're looking for comfort, tranquillity and practicality at a very good price.

The garden behind the hotel was a lovely place to unwind with a beer, and being near the seafront was a real bonus. Our room felt modern and comfortable. There was a rooftop event while we were there, though we missed it, and it gave the place a lively feel. Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup is a pleasant, energetic spot in Barcelona.

The spa was a real highlight, and our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. My mum and I stayed for five days, and everything ran smoothly throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help. The one drawback was being a bit far from the city center.

I hardly ever leave a bad review. Usually I can put small problems aside and enjoy myself, but I really can't recommend this hotel. My wife and I came for our honeymoon, and the room and service spoiled our stay in Spain. The room stayed unbearably hot, at 27C for most of the trip and still 26C later. I called reception straight away and followed their instructions for the temperature control, but nothing changed. They then told us to open the window. That let in horns, beeping, and people drag racing about 100 feet below us. The next day the assistant manager gave us the exact opposite instructions for the controller. Still no difference. A maintenance man eventually came up, said the unit was working, and left, though I’m 6’4 and couldn’t feel any air when I held up my hand. We spent day after day getting the runaround and trying to sleep in the hottest room on earth. I also fell in the shower three times and bruised my feet. The one bright spot was a lovely short, short-haired female bartender who was absolutely incredible.
