The flat needed a lot of maintenance, and we were worried about cutting our feet on the sharp, broken floor edges. We contacted the owner as soon as we arrived, but they wouldn’t give us another room and offered a rug instead. The heater was broken in winter too. How can they rent an apartment in this condition?

This was my worst stay. I arrived around 10pm, and the link they sent to open the doors didn’t work. I was left standing outside in the dark for an hour. None of the owners answered, so I ended up calling the neighbors at night. At the end of the trip I left my bag behind, with my expensive panties and swimsuit in it. I asked them to retrieve it, but the cleaning lady stole the things, probably for her daughter :D
