The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment. They were kind, helpful, and always smiling, and the whole place had a calm, cozy, positive feel. Everything was so tidy, from the spotless rooms to the common areas, with attention to detail throughout. My Barcelona stay was unforgettable, and this hotel made it even more special. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. I’d give it higher than 10/10 if I could, and would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

I spent 6 days at Boutique Apartment 23 Barcelona and enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll definitely choose it again. The apartment was spacious compared with hotel rooms at a similar price nearby, and it had all the amenities I needed. Staff were polite and easy to approach. They also offer free locker and luggage drop-off on check-in and check-out days. Verdaguer metro station and bus stand are just a 4-5 minute walk away.

I stayed for 4 nights in a clean apartment with all the amenities shown in the listing. The area was central, safe, and quiet, and the whole staff was extra nice and kept checking that I had what I needed. I know where I’ll stay next time I’m in Barcelona for several days. A positive mention for the emergency service, which I had to call on my last night because of some noisy guests. One possible improvement, though I’m not sure it can be fixed, is that you can hear the water running through the pipes when a neighboring apartment uses the bathroom or shower.

The room had a kettle, hairdryer, TV, fridge, and basic kitchen equipment, so you could cook for yourself if you wanted. We didn’t, since there are lots of nice, reasonably priced places nearby. The rooftop also looks like a lovely spot for drinks or morning coffee, though we only stepped out for a minute. There are two metro stations with multiple lines within a 10-15 minute walk, and good metro and tram connections. The place was very clean and well run, with good facilities and clear signs for instructions. Staff communicated very well. It was reasonably quiet for an area with lots of nearby bars and restaurant streets. The windows face a quiet street where you can occasionally hear people passing if they’re open, though that was rare. We went in September, when there were still lots of people and tourists around. Earplugs should do the trick if you need them. The bathroom looked new, clean, and modern. The shower has a water-saving timer, which is something I’d usually be fussy about, but it wasn’t too strict and was comfortable even for me, a slow shower taker. The memory foam bed was nice. I’d absolutely book again if I return to Barcelona.
