Durlet Beach Apartments

We spent three nights in their apartment with our baby and my wife. The location was great, near the beaches, shops, markets, and the city centre, which is a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by taxi. The girls at the office were friendly and provided great service, and online replies came quickly. The apartment itself was very average, with only the bare minimum in facilities and standards. There was mould between some bathroom tiles, a persistent smell, and the toilet often leaked and had to be flushed several times before it stopped. The toilet seat was loose on one side. Maybe we just got unlucky with this apartment, but I wouldn't recommend it. Hope you have better luck and get one of their better apartments.

There’s immediate access to the public beach across the street, and the neighborhood felt calm and safe. Poblenou Rambla is a five-minute walk, and Poblenou Metro (L4) is about ten minutes away. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a four-burner stove. There’s also a bathtub. Two adults and two kids or teenagers fit easily, and it’s wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended.

The beach is five minutes away, the bus stop is two minutes away, and it takes ten minutes to get to the metro. In April and October, the rooftop pool is fun for both you and the kids. A very good-value hotel choice in Barcelona ;)

There was room for two families, four adults and three children, in this spacious, well laid-out apartment. It was clean and well equipped, in the Poblenou area near the beach and the Rambla of Poblenou.
