My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff made an even bigger impression: they were sociable, professional, and ready to handle whatever came up. Reception welcomed me warmly and made check-in smooth and stress-free. They also went out of their way to help, sharing local information and recommending places to eat. The service was excellent throughout, and I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for attentive, friendly service.

The breakfast buffet had a wider selection than usual, and the hotel was very quiet at night. Rooms and the building were modern, pleasant, and very clean. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke many languages. BQ was a positive surprise for the price. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, though not close to the city centre. Recommended.

The room was roomy, with good air conditioning, a balcony and a walk-in shower, and breakfast was good. The staff were kind and accommodating. It’s close to the beach and Lidl, though the area has lots of young German guys out partying. They were respectful and considerate while we were there. The shower door was hard to slide open and shut, so that could use improvement. Some English TV channels and maybe hair conditioner would also be nice.

The pool area was great, breakfast was very good, and the location was nice. What stood out most, though, was the staff. José and Mariela at reception were both so welcoming, friendly and helpful to me.
