It's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough from the party bars that you can actually sleep. I'd give it 7 out of 10. The hotel is clean and tidy, but there's no fridge in the room, which isn't ideal in the Spanish heat when you want your drinks to stay cold. The bathroom drain smell came back about every hour and was unpleasant. Breakfast seemed aimed at German tourists; more English options such as sausages, mushrooms, hash browns, or other potatoes would be useful, since Germans aren't the only guests.

We visited in March, during the off season, so we didn't get to experience everything the hotel offers. The breakfast was great, and the apartments were excellent for our family of four. Although the hotel is near balneario 6, we didn't encounter many people from there, which may have been because it was off season.

The location deserves five stars: the hotel is near both the beach and local transport, with easy trips to the city centre and airport. We enjoyed the tasty food and beautiful pool area, but some guests screamed, shouted, and ran around during the night and early morning, disturbing everyone's rest. The hotel did nothing about it, which was a real shame. Even so, we enjoyed our stay.

A bus stop just a few metres away goes to Palma centre, and the beach and airport buses are each an 8-10 minute walk. We had a pool-view room, and the pool was so relaxing that we spent more time there than at the beach. The room was spotless and refreshed daily, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Even after checkout, we could use the pool and leave our luggage there, which helped a lot with our late flight. A 10/10 stay for us.

The breakfast spread was huge, but at the apartments it was cold. If you came after 9am, the food seemed to be what had been laid out at the start of service, with a skin on it and no fresh replacements. Such a shame, because the selection was enormous.
