The people working here made the biggest difference. Edgar, Federico, and Veselka gave us exceptional service and made the stay feel extra special. Our room was beautiful and peaceful, and we could walk to all the Palma places we were looking forward to seeing. It was a magical stay, and I highly recommend it.

We spent a long weekend here from November 6 to 11 and never noticed the tourist crowds and bustle. The hotel is tucked into Palma’s old town, and everything about the stay felt just right. The rooms were lovely, with a great architectural feel, housekeeping was perfect, and the staff were friendly and always around when needed.

We came back for five days in August, and the location is still hard to beat. It’s right in the middle of everything, yet set on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and you can book the spa and gym for exclusive use. Breakfast is easily the best I’ve had at a five-star hotel, with loads of choice, local treats, and made-to-order options. When I spoke with the manager on arrival, he said the chef would try to get anything we wanted that wasn’t on the menu. I work in food, and honestly, I couldn’t think of anything else I’d want. My one small gripe is the rooms with a step-in bath and open shower. Getting in and out was a bit tricky, and a walk-in shower would make it perfect. It isn’t cheap, but if you can afford it, you should go.

We spent eight nights here on our honeymoon in a standard room, and it was such a relaxing place to stay. The twice-daily cleaning was fantastic, and everything felt fresh. Little touches like the private spa and free sparkling water helped make the hotel feel like an oasis in the busy city. The concierge service was the highlight. Joan was brilliant and happy to help with anything, from recommendations on what to do to booking beach clubs, taxis, and dry cleaning.
