Melia Palma Bay Hotel

We had a great two-night break at the Meliá. Online check-in made arriving after midnight simple, and the large room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a partial sea view, though the windows were very dirty and spoiled it a bit. It was completely quiet, and the bathroom was pleasant, but the lack of a bathroom door felt a bit off-putting. The pool area was great, although the water was very cold at 10 a.m., which wasn't the hotel's fault. The pool bar was reasonably priced, QR code ordering was easy, and the lifeguard was friendly and respectful. We didn't eat at the hotel, but had a quick drink the first night and found the bar staff friendly. There's also a great little coffee shop outside reception, which we used both days. The hotel provided everything we needed simply and efficiently, and I'd recommend it. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet was the best I've tried, with fresh fruit and vegetables and plenty of other choices. Service was amazing and very friendly, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and tidy with everything we needed. It's also very convenient, about 10 minutes from the cathedral, with public transport right in front of the hotel. You can rent bikes at the hotel, the black ones that let you ride around and pause anywhere. To finish your ride, though, you have to bring the bike back to the hotel. One thing to know about our room: it was beautiful, but the bathroom and toilet were in an open space rather than a separate room. The toilet had a wooden door, but it didn't block sound, so if morning privacy matters to you, you might want a different room type 😉

We just got back from three nights and couldn't have asked for better. We upgraded at check-in to a room with “The Level” package, and it was such a good choice. The room was lovely, clean, and well laid out. I was unsure about the bathroom design, but the toilet is separate, so it works fine and is actually a good idea. The staff were all lovely. Esmerelda, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful and got the holiday off to a great start. The Level lounge access is worth it, with snacks and a really calming atmosphere. I'd highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back. ¡Gracias!

The Lounge quickly became our daily little retreat, with a calm feel, good light meals, and excellent service. Erinzom always brought such warm, cheerful Latin energy that made us smile. We also enjoyed walks by the sea and sun around Portixol, just a few steps away, and were lucky to have almost a whole week of perfect weather. My wife and I had a week of rest at Meliá Palma Bay in room 724, as part of the The Level service. From the start, everything went smoothly for the relaxed holiday we wanted. Online check-in was incredibly quick, and we could go straight to our room when we arrived. It was bright and modern, with a lovely style and a privileged view toward the seventh-floor terrace, where the pool is too. A fantastic start to the trip. We went to see the The Level Lounge soon after settling in. Dominique gave us a warm, professional welcome and made a perfect first impression. The space is beautiful, with direct bay views from the third floor and a choice of drinks and snacks that makes it easy to relax and switch off. I used the gym during the following days to keep up my morning routine, and it worked perfectly for that. The housekeeping staff were kind and attentive, keeping our room impeccable. Those little details really count on holiday. On the first sunny day, I also got to enjoy the outdoor pool right in front of our room. That was a wonderful bonus, since it closed the next day for the end of the season. Checking out online was just as practical as checking in. Our week at The Level in Meliá Palma Bay was relaxed and pleasant, with lots of good moments. The premium service delivered what it promised.
