Hotel Mirador

We were with a group of friends, and the facilities were good. I used the gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and sauna. The marina location was convenient, and the cathedral was about a 15-minute walk away. Our room was large and clean, with a roomy bathroom, though the bathroom felt a little tired and had mould on the ceiling. The noise at night was the biggest problem: traffic and people outside came straight through the windows. Maybe our corner room was especially exposed, but I slept badly. A couple of staff members were rude and aggressive, which let the team down. I probably wouldn't return because of the noise.

We had a sunset drink on the street terrace. The service was very good, and inside, near the toilets and lift, there's an interesting gallery of 50s and 60s art. Are all the pieces the same size? 🤔

The pool was the highlight for me, with comfortable loungers and a well-kept area that was perfect for relaxing. This was my second stay, and I loved it again. The hotel looks beautiful, modern, and stylish, with a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. I'll definitely be back.

Melissa at reception made us feel cared for as soon as we arrived. She was kind, suggested places to visit and eat, and gave ideas for things to do with kids. The hotel was clean and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service was great. The pool service was lovely too, though the water was so cold that we couldn't stay in for long. The view was amazing. Mallorca was a wonderful trip, made even more pleasant by this hotel. I'd highly recommend it and would return.
