I paid an absurd amount for a “superior” room, but it was tiny, with a small window and a bathroom barely screened off by a shower curtain standing in for a door. The pictures shown are completely fake, with rooms that don't exist. When I challenged the owner, he said the Booking photos were of the shared double room. That makes no sense, since the photo clearly shows one bed and a door to a private bathroom. I got sick and needed to stay five extra hours before my flight, but they charged me for an entire extra night, including the Booking.com commission, even though I'd paid directly at reception. This feels like someone using a beautiful house in an amazing location to deceive and exploit guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

Victoria made us feel welcome and looked after us really well. The hostel is ideally placed near the city center, within walking distance of everything we visited. We booked one queen room with a private bathroom and another with a shared bathroom. That shared bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were cozy. One heater broke for a night, but Victoria said it would be fixed the next day. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. Great for an affordable visit to Mallorca, highly recommended!

Hostal Pons was the perfect simple, peaceful place for the retreat I put together at Sadhana Works, which is just a minute's walk away. I came specifically to do yoga at that highly recommended, amazing centre, and Hostal Pons is perfectly located for it. The family home is beautiful, with renovations going on. As someone who practices yoga and meditation, all I need is clean, beautiful simplicity, and this place was absolutely perfect. Host Gérard was very kind and helpful. 🙏🏼🥰

The stay was very satisfactory, and I can only recommend it. Everything was very clean, and the welcome was perfect. My only gripes were that there was nowhere to store clothes in the rooms, and we hadn't been told about the work going on.

Reception was superb. They don't have anyone there after 10pm, but I contacted them and they waited for me to arrive. The location near the cathedral is excellent. It's a classic old building, and for the price, this was excellent. My basic room had a bed, sink and desk, with natural light, and it was clean. The toilet and showers are shared, but I never had trouble waiting for one. The one tucked away is more likely to be free.
