Hotel Can Quetglas - Adults Only +14

For the price, I think it’s worth it. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Those are the reasons I rated it 4/5. A couple of things to know: it’s a little farther from the city center than I expected, and the parking lot is a five-minute walk away. The parking area needs a small car and an experienced driver. We were in a street-facing room, and the thin windows let in a lot of nighttime noise. We could even hear the neighbors at times, so light sleepers may have a problem. Maybe it was just our room.

Our room opened onto a lovely balcony with direct access down to the pool, and the rooftop was another favorite, with comfortable chairs and great city views. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming and friendly. They explained what the hotel offers and gave us a guide to things to see and do in Mallorca, along with restaurant recommendations. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, about a 30-minute walk from Palma’s Old Town, with a bus stop five minutes away. We had three nights at Hotel Can Quetglas and really didn’t want to leave. It’s a luxurious place, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you.

The rooftop is a real bonus, with a chilled atmosphere and views across the bay to the mountains. I also liked that the pool is saltwater rather than chlorine based. It made for a more authentic swim, in my opinion. We stayed in July 24, and the place delivered everything the reviews and photos suggested, then some. They’ve taken care of the smallest details, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I’d absolutely come back to Palma and recommend it to family and friends.

Enrico and Vicente, the twin brothers, deserve a special mention. They were so chatty and accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel. Everyone was welcoming and always smiling, and the service was outstanding. We stayed four nights in mid-April, and the room was comfortable and really nice. We had a hire car, and the hotel’s paid parking was a better option than leaving it on the narrow streets. The location was okay: it’s a 10-minute uphill walk to the castle and about 30 minutes to the cathedral. We’d definitely return.
