We’ll try to stay at Hotel Cort whenever we’re in Palma. The plaza and neighborhood have a lovely energy, and the location is great. There are only 16 rooms, so the staff are always available, capable, and willing to help with whatever you need. The rooms are huge, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the menu is wonderful. It’s a perfect mix of setting, service, and location.

This was our second stay at Hotel Cort, and we’re already excited to come back for a third. Everyone on staff is so warm, welcoming, and friendly, and the service is outstanding. It’s a fantastic place to stay in Palma, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

We’d happily return, but I’d choose a different room next time. Ours was dark and looked out on a flat roof from windows on three sides, with no view of the sky. It felt gloomy even with the sun shining outside. The location was excellent, breakfast fabulous, and staff courteous.

The hourly bell from the Town Hall (?) can be annoying during the night, and this seems more suited to couples than families with young children. Even so, we had a most enjoyable stay and I’d recommend it. It’s a great base for the city, with friendly, helpful staff, excellent food, and tasteful, comfortable rooms.

We stayed for a week in July with our family of three, and The Placa Suite worked really well. Double doors separate the living room and sofa bed from the main bedroom, and the view was excellent. Hotel Cort is right in the center, directly across from the historic city hall. Once you get your bearings, pretty much everything you’d want to see is a 1 to 15 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Sign up for the daily breakfast, which is made to order and can be enjoyed outside on the patio. I’d stay again.
