10/10
The room was impeccable, and the cleanest we've ever stayed in. We could hear events in the adjoining restaurant at times, as others have mentioned, but the noise didn't stop me sleeping. It was also nice that the hotel held events we could join. We were exhausted after a long journey, and Dania at the front desk was beyond amazing. She followed through to make sure we could check in early, which was more accommodating than we've experienced at other hotels. I'd highly recommend staying here.
10/10
We had a wonderful few days here celebrating a birthday with a big group, over 30 of us and nearly 40. Everything was very well organized, the hotel was great, and the service was super friendly. The food was really good, and the rooms were nice and clean. Everyone made us feel welcome. Breakfast could have been a bit better, but we had such a great time and would happily come back!
8/10
The design, rooms, and bar are nice, and in summer it seems like a good place to rest in the shade. It's a nice spot in the heart of Palma. Rooms facing the patio can be pretty loud until the terrace closes.
10/10
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Many thanks to Camila, who was courteous and caring, looked after us and our requests, and made the stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice and right in central Palma, a perfect base for exploring on foot. We liked the courtyard and rooftop, and there was a live music event in the lobby restaurant and bar while we were there. Just keep in mind that, being in the middle of the city, the streets can get a bit noisy at times.

The service was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and made our stay special. It's a charming hotel in a great location, right beside the local Palma market. We'll come back!
