A sea-facing spot, a really good breakfast, and staff who made us feel welcome. I had a great time here last week and would happily come back. Thanks so much!

The highlight was the staff, especially MARTIN at reception. He was so friendly and helpful, and clearly enjoys what he does. He deserves a raise! The rooms were roomy and very clean, and the hotel sits right on the beach with a nice pool, restaurant, and bar. Thank you!

We needed somewhere for one night on the way back from Alcudia, close enough to the airport for an early flight, and this worked out well. The neighbours on our fifth-floor stay were quiet, and we watched the sunset while eating a light takeaway meal on the balcony. Depending on the room, you may need to step outside to get a sea view. The room and bathroom were clean, though the mattress felt springy to me and the fridge, while larger than a typical mini fridge, didn’t get very cold. I’d read some middling reviews and was unsure about booking, but the price felt fair for the convenient airport location.

The room had a moldy ceiling and stained sheets, which felt like a real letdown for the price. We also found the cutlery dirty, so we bought plastic knives and some chips, but the cleaning lady took both. After that, we stopped allowing room cleaning. The staff were kind, though they couldn’t resolve the issues. We paid extra each night for a beach view, but from the window all we could see was the opposite side of the building. To see the beach, you had to go onto the balcony. Both neighbours smoked, so we couldn’t sit outside or open the balcony door fully without the smoke getting into our room. The door was broken and difficult to open, too.
