The service from Louisa and Natalie (hope im spelling it correctly) was fantastic, warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a smile and a fresh glass of rose cava. The location was great, with shops and cafes along the way to lots of places we could walk to. On our last day we hired bikes at a great price. They were a bit dated but did the job, and we got to see Palma at our own pace, stopping at the beach for lunch and a cheeky cocktail before riding along the waterfront and back into town. The breakfast was nicely presented, though there wasn’t a great selection. The room was cosy, and the shower was phenomenal, with fantastic water pressure, but it wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear doors opening and closing in the hallway and foot traffic. The rooftop was gorgeous and clean, with a bar open during certain hours. The pool was more of a lounge plunge pool, and far too cold to use. It was great value, though an ensuite room for one night was a little expensive. We’ll definitely return for the fantastic service.

I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and the relaxation area, especially the little rooftop pool. The room was comfortable, and the location was good. Staff were kind and attentive to what I needed throughout, and the welcome was very warm. I had a wonderful stay in Palma and would happily come back. Definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Hotel Nous Baleares. The rooms were simple, tastefully put together, and very clean, and the reception team were friendly and ready to help with anything. Right in the heart of Palma, it felt like a lovely little oasis. During our very hot stay, the rooftop terrace and splash pool were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, with a good range of generous menu choices, and we enjoyed having pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop. It’s a sunny little spot with loungers, tables, and a small plunge pool. The hotel is a beautiful boutique place within walking distance of the centre. Natalie welcomed us warmly at check-in with a glass of fizz, and the team were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern, very clean, and serviced daily. A perfect place for a short city break, made even nicer by the warmth of the staff.

It was easy to relax here because everyone on staff was so kind. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location worked perfectly for sightseeing, and there are lots of well-known restaurants and cafes nearby, so there’s plenty of choice for dining. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
