Nura Condor

The rooms were clean, and the hotel staff member we met was friendly. The beach is a 10-12 minute walk away, and breakfast is served at a nearby partner hotel rather than on site. We had an early flight, but they couldn't pack anything for us, not even fruit. Our stay had quite a few problems. There seemed to be only one person managing the whole hotel, and there was no kitchen or even a kettle for hot water. When we asked about a kettle, we were told it was cheap and we could buy one at the supermarket, which didn't make sense for a two-night stay. We booked a 'Balcony view' room, but the view was just a rooftop, with no pool visible, and didn't match the photos. There were no comforters in the room either. Staff had left by the time we noticed, so we had to sleep without one. The furniture felt low quality, more like a lodge than a hotel.

I booked two rooms through Booking.com, then had to cancel after a family member had an accident. Although I wasn't entitled to a refund, Condor promptly returned the money and sent a very kind message. I cancelled well in advance, so the hotel could easily have found other guests. Still, Condor was the only one of the hotels I'd booked for my Mallorca trip that refunded me. Many thanks to the understanding staff.

The breakfasts were really good, with fresh food and lots of choice, and we enjoyed the clean, nice pool. The staff were kind and helpful too. Our room looked a little different from the online photos, and the AC was noisy. We spent most of our time by the pool, though, so it didn't bother us much.

The apartment was very nice, and the AC worked perfectly. It was also within walking distance of the beach and the bus to the airport. The only problem was street noise through the night, with people shouting constantly, especially drunk Germans at the hotel across the street. Apart from that, everything was great.
