The room had so much character, with high ceilings and wooden beams, and the steamers, dryers, and curated fragrances made it feel extra comfortable. The whole hotel is thoughtfully put together and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, the restaurant served a top-notch meal, and the bar and club had a great cocktail selection in a stylish setting. The 24 hr pool/spa and infra-red light therapy were another lovely feature. Inés, José, José, and Ericka were outstanding all weekend, attentive and professional, and made us feel at home. We arrived to warm smiles and generous pours of bubbles. The lobby’s soaring ceilings and serene wading pool set the mood right away. Nobis Hotel in Mallorca was an easy 11/10 for us, full of character, charisma, and class. We’ll stay here again on our next visit to the island, and for longer. Highly recommend it.

We had dinner at the restaurant as well as breakfast, and both the food and drinks were top notch. This ancient building has so much history, yet it feels like a hideaway right near the city center. The ambience was wonderful, and the staff were lovely, helpful people. Definitely worth recommending. Thanks Raffa!

The NOI restaurant was excellent, so book ahead, and we loved the breakfast buffet too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness area is small but peaceful, with an excellent infra-red sauna for two. Our attic room facing the front was on the small side, but manageable, with a comfortable bed and great amenities, especially the shower. Deliveries in the morning disturbed our sleep a little. The design is beautiful and the location superbly central. There’s no parking, though you can drive up to drop bags if you hire a car. Give the hotel your registration to be exempt from the "old town charge". Google Maps directions were awful, and the streets are VERY narrow. Public transport or a nearby public car park might be easier. We used the 'via Roma' car park, which was reasonably priced and easy to use. We’d definitely consider staying again.

The staff made our stay so special. Everyone was kind, and the way they treated us left a lasting impression. A special thank you to Ines, Carl, Pedro and their lovely Porter for making it such a memorable visit. We first stayed at Nobis in August of 2025, loved it so much that we changed our flights and returned a week later. The 12th century palace is enchanting and romantic, with a relaxed, sophisticated feel. Everything from the wine recommendations to the pieces by Elena Gual was perfection. Pictures don’t do the hotel justice, you have to experience it for yourself. We couldn’t recommend it more!

The food was fantastic, and the spa was just right for switching off and relaxing for a while. The hotel itself feels like a work of art in the middle of Palma, with beautiful architecture and design that make each corner feel calm and peaceful. The staff were warm, kind, and attentive to the little details. It’s one of those places that stays with you. Highly recommended!
