Nivia Born Boutique Hotel

The old town location in Palma was fantastic, and we had a great week at the Nivia Born Hotel. Our sweet double room was lovely, and the toiletries were excellent quality. There was a great choice of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff were so generous and sweet: they sang happy birthday to my partner and brought him a slice of cake when we arrived. We also got lots of complimentary treats, perfume included, and the room was really clean. And the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

A very central Palma location and a good hotel. The service was slower than it should be, though, and didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a five-star place. Breakfast was alright, but costs a lot if it isn’t included in your room.

We had to extend our time in Mallorca after my husband became ill, and the staff here helped make a very stressful situation easier to bear. They were compassionate, kind, and incredibly helpful while he recovered, and we were able to enjoy several days at the hotel. The room was fantastic, breakfast delicious, and the location just off the main street made restaurants and major sights easy to reach. It was also very quiet. The hotel was wonderful, and I can’t thank everyone enough. I’d recommend it without reservation.
