Palma Riad

The hotel’s interior and design completely won me over. I love the style and vibe, and the women at reception were really friendly. We stayed in January, and the room was hot, with heating available. Guests also get free daily access to the spa at a nearby hotel. Thanks to Olga at reception for being so warm and helping with all our questions. My heart was stolen by this hotel 😁

Loved the beautiful design, especially the gorgeous bathroom. The room smelled great, the lighting was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. I’d love to spend longer here with friends, or come back for a photoshoot. Breakfast and the bar were fine, and the lobby gets lovely daylight. Carlos and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, attentive, and provided fantastic service. I’ll definitely return.

The staff made a lasting impression: everyone was warm, professional, and ready to help. Carlos especially went out of his way to make my stay feel perfect, and his kindness and service stuck with me. The hotel itself is beautiful, with thoughtful design throughout. Each room is striking and distinctive, while still being comfortable. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices. I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience.

I asked about having cocktails on the terrace and was told it would be open, though they didn’t take reservations. After paying for an Uber to get there, I was told the terrace was only for hotel guests. That restriction hadn’t come up when I enquired. The terrace was empty, and I had three guests with me. It was really disappointing, and I hope someone passes on how unfriendly the woman at reception was.
