Sunny Beach Rent Top Apartments

Being able to walk back and relax between outings made the location especially convenient. The cathedral, good restaurants, shops, and train station were all a short stroll away. We also liked having a kitchen so we could make dinner after long days and save a bit. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four, and would work just as well for a couples' getaway. We had a wonderful stay, an easy 4 out of 5.

The management's follow-up message said they had offered meaningful help and that we turned it down. That isn't true. We felt dismissed as paying customers and repeatedly misled, and when we asked for compensation for the damage and the conditions, they refused and just said “sorry.” We were ten people renting two apartments from May 6th to May 11th. During several days of heavy rain, one apartment had a serious leak, with large amounts of water coming inside. We contacted management right away, but they said nothing could be done for 2-3 days. Their only suggestion was extra towels so we could clean the water up ourselves. Nobody came to inspect or properly deal with it while we were there. The water damaged my AirPods and iPad. A leak bad enough to damage belongings should have been treated urgently, instead of brushed off with towels and excuses. This was extremely disappointing, and the worst customer service I've ever had. I'd strongly advise people to avoid staying here unless they're willing to risk poor maintenance, no accountability, and very poor service.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and really cozy for our group. It was in a central, safe spot, close to everything we needed in Barcelona. Customer service was always helpful and quick to respond. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the apartment on Rambla de catalunya. It's modern and really nice, and surprisingly quiet even with so much going on right outside the door. Everything is only a few steps away. Our stay was perfect. Thank you!
