BIG BROTHER HOUSE!!!!! I felt disgusted and unsafe when I found cameras inside the house. I understand the owner wants to protect the property, but I had no idea who was watching me or my children, including my underage daughter. There are all sorts of perverts and weirdos, and one camera faced the route from the bedroom to the bathroom. I covered it because I didn't want a stranger seeing me or my daughter leaving the bathroom in our underwear. Cameras outside are one thing, but inside, NO!!! If you don't want some strange man watching you, don't come here! Cleanliness needs attention too. I found hair on the bed, in the sink and on the floor, and with so many ornaments and things around, it would be impossible to keep the place clean. We had to make our own beds, which was difficult after my recent operation, so I had to ask for help. The beds should be made up. Mine was awful and very uncomfortable, and it creaked with every small movement. After the first night I wanted to go home. A lot of the radiators didn't work. We were told we'd have to pay another 100€ for logs to stay warm, which made me wonder if water was free. The kitchen television didn't work, the gardens were neglected and had broken children's toys, and we only got one towel per person. They felt like sandpaper, and there were no hand towels. One fireplace didn't work and filled the room with smoke. There weren't enough firelighters either, maybe we'd have had to pay extra for those too, haha. The water was warm, not hot. For what you get, this is a very expensive house. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children because of the privacy issue. Remove the cameras, make up the beds, give the place a serious revamp, stop charging people 100€ to keep warm, and clean a little better. Then it could be a great place.

The outdoor areas at Cortijo Bustamante made our friends' escape from the city a real success. We spent hours in the pool, cooling off from Granada's heat and catching up, and there was plenty of garden space for a barbecue and relaxing together. The chill-out area became our go-to spot for late-night chats over a glass of wine. The house works really well for groups too. We had privacy, comfort and great facilities. Highly recommend it for unwinding and enjoying good company.

Cortijo Bustamante has a lot of potential and a pleasant setting, and our group had a great weekend enjoying both the indoor and outdoor space. But at €760, a few things felt like they should have been sorted. We were nine people and there were enough bathrooms, yet only one had shower gel and shampoo. There was no salt or sugar in the kitchen, and no bath mats, so there was nowhere comfortable to put our feet after a shower. The barbecue and chill-out area also seemed neglected. Since it was going to be used, it would have helped to hose it down beforehand. We had to clean the table, benches and grills ourselves, as they were in shabby condition. The sheets and towels were clean and neatly packed, but the beds weren't made. It's not a huge issue, but arriving to made-up beds would have been more convenient.

We came as several families and felt welcome right from the start. The owner was warm and friendly, treated us wonderfully, and clearly knows how to handle children. We stayed in the countryside and still felt safe, especially at night, with security cameras that gave us peace of mind for the kids. The owner was easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with a spectacular pool, barbecue area, and clean, well-equipped rooms. A perfect spot to unplug and enjoy a family stay.

We spent nearly the whole weekend in the chill-out area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool, tucked among lush trees, was beyond words. The country house was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with every detail attended to. The owner was always available and attentive to what we needed. An unforgettable stay, and one we'll repeat as soon as we can.
