At first, everything seems friendly and wonderful, so be careful when renting these houses. The water and electricity bills arrive later, and there are no separate meters for each house or apartment, as there should be. I hope you’ll consider other options before renting one.

The views are excellent, the service is friendly, and it’s quiet, just right for a relaxing holiday.

Everything was spotlessly clean and completely quiet, with plenty of parking in a great location. The owner was wonderful, polite, kind, and very friendly. Thank you for the stay and for being so lovely. The room was beautiful and comfortable. If there’s one small drawback, a little light comes through the kitchen door, but it’s easy to overlook.

The apartment was cold and damp, and rain caused dampness to appear on the living room/bedroom ceiling. I left before the end of the original three-month contract because of this and the electricity costs. I couldn't keep paying for power I hadn't used when I had no way to prove it to the other party. After moving out, getting my deposit back has been a struggle. I handed over the keys to one of the owner's employees on the morning of January 25th while she was traveling, and left the apartment in perfect condition. She said she wouldn't return the deposit until the electricity bills for my stay arrived, even though I understood the deposit was held by the Andalusian Regional Government and then returned to the tenant. Since then, I've been trying to recover it without success. She still says €139 is missing from the €389 deposit. I lived at Las Casas de Nani for a month and a half, paying my proportional share of the monthly rent, a monthly deposit, and the electricity and water bills. The bill showed nearly 1,000 kW of electricity, about €340 for a 40m2 apartment with electricity, a thermostatic radiator, and air conditioning that I barely used. It was freezing inside, especially in the bathroom. The explanation I got was that the meter had contracted power of 5800kW for two apartments, but all the consumption was assigned to the one I stayed in. The apartment number I occupied also didn't match the number shown on the bill. I regret having to write this, but I can't leave it unsaid.
