I stayed for several days. There was an unfamiliar smell in the room at first, which made me a little uncomfortable, but the staff were so kind that I stopped noticing it. Breakfast was excellent for me: toast, orange juice, and coffee. The owner and I weren’t very good at English, but we managed to communicate with a translator. He was always very kind and kept asking if I needed anything. If I return to Beasain, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, and I slept really comfortably in the bed. The location suited my work perfectly. Breakfast choices were a little limited, though the food was still very good. My stay was much better than I’d expected.

I spent two weeks here for a work assignment, and it was a significant disappointment. The room was tiny, the place didn’t feel clean, and there was a persistent bad odor. With so few hotel options in the city, the prices felt inflated. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable to me. He often raised his voice at guests without cause and insisted on cash, sometimes refusing cards or charging extra for online bookings. The bar door kept opening, letting strong smells of smoke and alcohol spread through the hotel lobby. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. 👎🏻

The personal service was outstanding, and the place is clearly popular with locals too. Carlos, the super friendly hotel owner, also has a restaurant in town, and it was run to the same high standard. Thanks to everyone.

The staff are nice, and the hotel is very central. Rooms are simple but okay. Breakfast is just cake, juice, and coffee. Acceptable overall.
