Book ahead if you want to eat here, since it's small and fills up quickly. The restaurant itself is simple but honest in its facilities, and the prices are average and fair for the superb food. There's free parking, the staff are very friendly, and the drive through the countryside to the town is lovely.

The owner gave us a warm welcome even while busy with lunch service. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. Supper was delicious, all homemade, and breakfast was good too, with embutidos, toast, homemade jam, and cake. I'll be back again soon.

Awful experience at this restaurant. Yesterday in Valderrobres, we had a varied, generous set menu for 18 euros, well cooked and served. Today's 24-euro menu was a complete disappointment and wasn't worth even 10 euros. The portions were scant, the food bland, and they served tap water. On top of that, a rather rude girl made us uncomfortable the whole time. When we asked for honey with the curd, she said it was already sweet. Terrible, I absolutely don't recommend it. The good reviews must be from family or friends.

The room was clean and the location was excellent for our weekend trip as a couple to visit Parrissal. The accommodation did the job, though the bathroom was only okay and the bathtub was small. Breakfast was fine. We were just unlucky that dinner wasn't available that weekend.
