Casa Dos Nenos

After three days of walking, we could rest and sleep comfortably at Casa dos Nenos, and Esther cooked classic Galician dishes while Ernesto drove us to the trails. The house was clean, warm, and comfortable. Their adorable kids helped make the stay memorable, and the hosts were eager to share local information and help with anything we needed. It’s a great place near the Northern Camino routes to experience Galician culture on the way to Santiago de Compostela.

Esther, Ernesto, and their three kids welcomed me with open arms, and I felt like family there. The house is beautiful and historic. Gorgeous place, and even better people. They really are la sal del mundo.

If you’re traveling by motorbike, this is a must-stop. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive the whole time. I left having made two friends, Ernesto and Esther. Thank you! ✌️

We visited friends who were staying there, and the service was incredible, warm, and very friendly. They followed all the anti-Covid regulations and measures. Esther is a wonderful host who makes you feel at home, which adds to the charm of the house and its surroundings. The area is accessible and very easy to get around. We’ll definitely return to spend time with them.
