Camping Benabarre

We liked the flat, roomy pitches and how peaceful the site was. The facilities are old-fashioned, but very clean, with plenty of hot water. There’s a bar and restaurant on site, and it looked good and was busy with locals. The countryside views and pleasant drives were lovely. We’ll definitely be back, this time bringing our motorbike for a tour.

The village is a lovely medieval place to explore, and the site is well located for it. Pitches are level, and the facilities were very clean, with good hot showers included. There are water taps around the site, plus a drive-over grey waste point, and the electricity supply was good. Staff were friendly. To check in, go to the restaurant to register and get the code for the main gate. It was easy to find.

Benabarre’s old buildings, characterful little streets and alleyways are full of history, and the locals are lovely and welcoming. The chef was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful too. This is the best campsite I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll definitely return. I’d rather be among the real Catalan people for an authentic experience of Espana than stay in fancy hotels! 👍

The manager was friendly and helpful, and the site is thoughtfully laid out. It’s a great campsite in a pretty mountain village. The facilities are dated but work perfectly. The electricity supply at the hookup point was inconsistent, though everything else was fine.
