A paid service was denied, communication was obstructed, and the whole situation was extremely stressful and unclear. The way this place is managed felt misleading and deceptive. My reservation was fully paid through Booking.com under the stated policy, but I wasn't allowed into the accommodation. When I arrived, a parking agent asked me for extra cash. I couldn't enter the property or speak directly with the owner, and the conditions on site were completely different from what had been confirmed and paid for. Based on my experience, this feels like a setup to get extra money from guests instead of providing the service they paid for. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

The whole thing was confusing, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. I'd paid for a service but was blocked from using it and pressured to pay more. That's completely unacceptable. The huge terrace was a highlight, and the property seemed recently renovated. It's extremely central, too. My stay was brief but lovely. Staff were responsive and helpful, and they let me leave my luggage there until the room was ready. The door code software had a couple of small hiccups, but they fixed them quickly and I had no trouble getting into my room. Muchas gracias!

Rooms are spacious and clean, and it's great value for money. The check-in times are very strict, though, and there isn't a clear place to leave bags.
