The residence has several pools and a gym that you can use for free. Our clean, awesome apartment had three large rooms, all the equipment and amenities we needed, even beach towels, and a big terrace with outdoor dining table and salon for relaxing. The views over the mountains, city and sea were beautiful. Getting to supermarkets and restaurants is a bit of a trek, so you'll need a car. Puerto Banus is about a 15 minute drive away.

The pool area was great, and the terrace had amazing panoramic views. The kitchen cabinets let things down a bit, they weren't decent quality, but I still had a five-star experience overall.

The infinity pool was clean and quiet, with a small bar for drinks. There are four pools, lots of parking spots and a great free parking area. The place itself was clean and peaceful, with plenty of facilities. Security was the best, especially Juan, very professional. It's about 20 minutes from Banús, and well placed for everything. Just great.

The apartment was great, very spacious, with a large terrace, and it's close to the nice little town of Benahavis, where we had breakfast. We arrived late and found nothing inside, not even water or snacks for the kids. We would've paid for them if there'd been a way to get some. The nearest store is about seven minutes from the apartments, and we had to buy dishwasher tablets even though we were only staying three nights. The shop only had big packs. After my daughter left her jeans on the bed on our last night, I emailed but got no reply. When I went to reception the next day, nobody answered the phone, and the staff said the room maid hadn't found anything. I don't believe that, because my daughter had been wearing the jeans and they weren't in our suitcase at the next hotel. It says a lot about how they treat guests and about the people working for the apartment/hotel.

The staff were friendly, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms nice. The view was amazing, and the beach was only a few minutes away.
