Maria, the restaurant manager, was an angel with me and my group of 40. She kept checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The buffet was amazing, and the rooms had an incredible view. For me, it’s the best hotel in Costa del Sol. I’ll definitely come back.

I had a great time and the view was outstanding, with stunning sunrise and sunset. As an Asian, I usually can’t go more than two days eating non-Asian food, but at this hotel I didn’t feel like I was missing out, even after five days.

The elevators looked very old, and I didn’t feel entirely safe using them. Parking was limited, and hotel staff had taped off several open spaces without explaining why, which made finding a spot even harder. The accommodation also had very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone alarm, footsteps, and conversations, making it hard to rest. When we checked in, it was windy, and the window panels rattled all night. The window locks even opened a few times in the wind, which was disruptive and concerning. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience.

We were on the 8th floor, and the room was nice with a really good view. Sadly, the cleaners lost a bikini, which was a minus.

We stopped by the bar for a drink. It was fairly busy at first, but then the waitress turned up the thumping music. She seemed miserable, as if she didn’t want customers there, and had very little experience with them. Our table of seven felt really uncomfortable, and many people left because the music was ridiculously loud. The bar is beautiful and relaxing, so it needs pleasant, chilled music. Then people staying there on business could sit down with a drink and enjoy it.
