Hotel Vincci Selección Aleysa

We celebrated our anniversary at Vincci Selección Aleysa, and the whole stay was unforgettable. The room was huge, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with rose petals. They’d also decorated our restaurant table, which made the evening feel even more special and went beyond what we expected. Dinner was exceptional, and breakfast the next morning was just as good, beautifully presented and high quality. In the evening, we briefly returned to find housekeeping checking that everything was perfect and adding little touches, including bedside carpets. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was incredible. From arrival through check-out, the service was impeccable. Sophie and Carlos were wonderful, and we’re sorry we can’t recall the names of the other male and female receptionists or another waiter who looked after us. They had introduced themselves, and they were all just as exceptional. The whole team showed such warmth, professionalism, and care. We felt valued, celebrated, and completely looked after. We can’t wait to return.

The location and views were ideal, and we really enjoyed the indoor spa. Our room was spacious and clean, housekeeping and service were excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked half board, but found the evening “fine dining” a bit fussy and unnecessarily slow. The food and staff were lovely, it was more the structure of the meal that didn’t suit us. So for the last three days we switched our half board to lunch. That was still a little fussy, but the menu had more options. We had a relaxing break and enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend it to others.

The rooms were really spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also got a warm welcome from the staff, who gave us a quick tour of the Spa. Breakfast was a 10/10, with fresh fruit and lovely juices and coffee. We booked this five-star hotel at the last minute for an unexpected trip, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of place you hope for. Even in winter, it was perfect. I’d definitely come back! 10/10

We had a delicious chicken-coco-ginger soup, a spot-on caesar salad, and a lovely banana-caramel-meringue-coco dessert. The pleasant terrasse sits right by the sea. It’s a place for anyone who appreciates quiet luxury, with discreet elegance and excellent food, plus perfect service.
