El Puente

The staff were delightful, always attentive and smiling, including the receptionist or owner and the restaurant staff. Our accommodation was spotless and well maintained, and the location made it easy to enjoy Benasque and the surrounding area. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return if we get the chance.

The two terraces were such a treat. We had breakfast with the river right below us, listening to the water and looking out at the views. Maripaz also shared hiking route tips and made us feel so welcome that we settled in straight away. The apartment was new, spotless, and had everything we needed. After long walks around the valley, the comfortable bed and sofa were especially welcome. There was plenty of wardrobe and hanging space, and the kitchen was stocked with useful supplies, a washing machine, dishwasher, and two kinds of coffee maker. The bathroom was great, with a lovely shower, lots of hooks, a hairdryer, and toiletries. They changed the towels every day, too. We were greeted with water, fruit, and a little bottle of wine. We had a lovely few days in Benasque and would happily come back.

The owners were so kind and helpful, always checking that we were happy. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was really comfortable too. They’d left fruit, water, and wine as a welcome, which was a lovely touch. We spent three nights there and had a wonderful time. Great value for money. We’ll definitely return to Benasque, and I’d recommend these apartments without hesitation.

Mari Paz came across as very responsible and genuinely focused on making guests happy. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and attentive, and having someone to contact directly if anything came up made a big difference. We had no problems during our stay over New Year’s, and there’s a public parking lot nearby. Our studio faced outside and had a balcony looking over the river. It was clean, nicely decorated, and made with good quality materials, so it felt comfortable. The bed was spacious, the wardrobe had more than 10 hangers, and the living area had two comfortable armchairs and a handy coat rack. The kitchenette had plenty of useful appliances and accessories, plus a table and two chairs for making a quick meal. The kitchenware was practical and easy to clean, and the cleaning supplies even included a roll of kitchen paper. The bathroom had a roomy shower with a grab bar, a handheld showerhead and an overhead one, both with a good flow. There was also a sink with plenty of counter space, a large mirror, and a hairdryer. It’s a very pleasant studio, and I’d recommend it. We booked by phone, and the building is managed by the hotel-restaurant across the street.
