10/10
The room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. The food was freshly cooked with lots of choice, and it was very good value. The hotel is right across the road from the ski station, so the location is perfect. This was my second visit, and I’ll be back again. Thanks to all the staff, we had a fantastic weekend.

8/10
The rooms are comfortable, though they could use a refurb. What really made the difference was how kind, helpful, courteous, and professional the staff were throughout the property. The location is perfect, very close to the ski lifts. I’ll definitely return.

The setting is wonderfully peaceful, and the views are incredible. We’re really enjoying our stay, and the service has been great. The rooms are missing some basics, though, so I wouldn’t call this luxury.

8/10
The location is great for the ski lifts, and the service was very nice and helpful. But the rooms feel dated, the mattresses are really uncomfortable, and the food could be better. The Wi-Fi is terrible, which is a real problem because there’s no LTE coverage there.

8/10
The service was the best part for me, from room service and the bar to the restaurant and reception. The babycare service was also great and really impressive, since you don’t find it everywhere. The location is good, near the resorts, and the rooms are large and comfortable, though they look old and need some maintenance.
