Hotel Vallibierna

The big garden was a highlight, with lots of shade, plants and benches, a lovely spot to relax, meditate or do yoga. It’s quiet here, outside the village center but only a 2-5 minute walk away, and one of the short walks around the village starts next to the hotel. Rooms are simple, clean and great, and breakfast is very good for a hotel in this category. The owner or service was nice and helpful.

Maria and Javier made me feel at home straight away. It’s a charming, cozy little place tucked away from the main street. In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace, and you choose from a list of options brought right to your table. I especially loved the homemade yogurt with homemade pineapple jam and chia seeds. The peaceful garden is great for morning yoga. I’ll be back.

I wish we’d had more time to stay, or even extend our visit. The hosts were terrific, and it was such a pleasure being here. I highly recommend coming to this part of Spain in summer, it’s so beautiful.

A lovely, homely hotel just off the main Street of Benasque. The staff were very helpful and willing to go out of their way, and breakfast had a great selection. It’s quiet and peaceful, with really comfortable furnishings.
