The stairs aren't very straightforward, so keep that in mind if walking is difficult. We were very satisfied overall, and the five stars are well deserved. It's a lovely holiday apartment in a great location, with a direct harbor view. There was renovation work going on in the neighboring building while we were there, and it was quite noisy, just something to know for current bookings.

The owners treated customers in a shameful way, with no empathy or respect. That's no way to run a business.

The studio itself was welcoming, clean, well located, and well equipped. But the way the owners handled things left a lot to be desired. They said we were a bit "special," and if we'd been warned about the issues, we would've chosen somewhere else. When you're on vacation, I think you're entitled to a little peace and quiet. We stayed three nights, from Thursday, March 20th to Saturday, March 22nd. When booking, we specifically asked about soundproofing because the road runs in front of the studio. We were told it would be well soundproofed if the door was closed properly, referring to the latch shown in the photos. In reality, the window doesn't shut completely. Its lock stops it being opened, but doesn't block the traffic noise. The worst part was construction next to the wall on Friday morning. It started at 7:30 a.m. without anyone warning us, and by 7:50 a.m. there was a hammer drill. We contacted the owners, and assume they spoke to the workers, because the noise stopped until 10:00 a.m., when work started again. Luckily, they weren't working on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Jordi looked after us really well and helped with everything we needed. It's a lovely place with a spectacular view, and I highly recommend it. Jose
