The room was spotless and had its own AC unit, and breakfast was excellent. We booked late and brought our small dog without any trouble. The staff were very pleasant too. Gracias to all staff from Croatian couple. We'd come back and recommend the hotel.

The mornings can get a little noisy when staff clean the rooms next door. Apart from that, the hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were wonderfully attentive and very, very friendly.

4/10
Those keys are awkward to carry around, with that huge, heavy piece attached. Mornings were very noisy, though it seemed to be an insulation problem rather than the guests or cleaning staff causing it. The walls feel like cardboard.

Breakfast was good, and the reception and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathroom felt a bit small, and the lift only fits two people. The hotel's in a really convenient spot in Benicassim.

The shower was a little awkward to use because of the hanging shower head. The bathroom was clean, and so was the room. The employees were very nice and helpful.
