The pool is a nice feature, with a great slope, though it sits in the shade for part of the day. In summer that can be a welcome break from the heat. The pool and cafeteria are on the lowest floor; the cafe has seating both inside and outside, fair prices, and limited choice. Food in the dining room tasted good, but the buffet didn’t offer much variety, especially for vegetarians. I didn’t check the gluten-free options. The room is small, so there’s usually a wait to get in, and larger groups may wait longer. Most tables seat two to four, the maximum is six, and they won’t let you join tables. Staff in the dining area were pleasant and patient. Sometimes other guests stole food and were rude, but the waiters handled them very well. I’d have preferred water served in jugs instead of having to refill a tumbler each time. The rooms are fairly ordinary and a bit small, and the showers are narrow. Each has a balcony overlooking the pool, air conditioning, a wardrobe, TV, mini-fridge, desk, and a bathroom hair dryer. You need to pay a €30 deposit for the TV remote. They brought clean towels daily and made the beds. Reception staff were okay, though some were friendlier than others. There are only three lifts, and they sometimes get busy or stop working. Overall, it’s a nice place.

The location is easily the best part. There’s a Burger King and a Popeyes nearby, handy if the hotel buffet leaves you hungry. The buffet quality was poor, and waiters took our plates away before we’d finished. The dining room is tiny for the number of guests, so I can see why they need to clear tables quickly. When I stayed, it was 30 degrees, but the air conditioning stopped at 8 p.m. because the hotel decided it wasn’t needed outside summer. I’d suggest coming between November and February, since the rest of the year could be unpleasantly hot. I don’t want to lump all the staff together, as I’m sure there are lovely people working here. The people I dealt with were the opposite, with very little courtesy or politeness. If you have a friend you secretly dislike, this is 100% recommended!!!

We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and have never been treated in such an unjustified way. We’re polite people and don’t believe we behaved badly as a group. The employee even showed that the claim we’d been disrespectful was untrue. I’d appreciate it if you stopped making things up about our behaviour. We can’t say anything good about this hotel. We were given a room to gather in for a contest, with no time limit mentioned and drinks available. At midnight an employee arrived, shut a door, and said nothing until we asked if we had to leave. Then he got agitated, said we were disturbing people and had disrespected several people, including colleagues, but wouldn’t explain when we asked. He kept adding other things that weren’t true. The poor treatment started at check-in and carried on through checkout. We were spoken to rudely and treated as if we were the rude ones, although we hadn’t been. We arrived early and were told the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3 p.m., which was late on their part. The buffet was awful: very little food, bad taste, dirty dishes, an extremely small dining room for all the guests, and long queues. None of the rooms had air conditioning on. Reception said they switched it off because it wasn’t hot, even though it was 30 degrees. Staff were unfriendly, with sour expressions and rude, condescending replies.
