This was my second visit, and the reception staff were friendly. The room was very clean and had everything needed for self-catering. There are plenty of shops nearby to buy food, and the beach is just a one-minute walk away. You’re also close to both the old and new town, so I’d definitely recommend it for a holiday in Benidorm. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the coach drop off point. I made a video of the route, which is in the shorts section on You Tube. Search "2 sleep apartments drop off benidorm".

Room 108 was clean and well maintained, though on the small side, especially the bathroom. We couldn’t really complain, and the hotel itself was nice and very clean. Reception staff were fantastic, always friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made a real difference. The location in the old town, close to the beach, was very convenient. We did have trouble resting because of the noise. Street sounds started around 6am, with bin collections and nearby cafés setting out tables and chairs. Then from about 7am, the cleaners added a lot of banging and loud corridor conversations. It’s a clean hotel in a great spot with lovely staff, but better soundproofing would improve the stay.

The old town location is right in the heart of things, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The walls and ceilings are thin, though, so noisy neighbours come through. Great for three nights, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The room was much nicer and cleaner than I expected, with a long, decent-sized terrace and even a sea view. I arrived at 10pm and thought I'd have to check in at the terminal, but Xavier at reception was there, really friendly, and showed me to my room. It's a great spot in an authentic part of the Spanish Old Town.

The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was very clean and good value for money, and the woman at reception was so kind and welcoming.
