We were 10 people. I had family room 11, with two bedrooms and two beds in each, plus a great living room. Three of the group stayed in room 13, which was fantastic too. For a short stay, I’d definitely recommend choosing a flat. The receptionist was very polite, and MIA IN RECEPTION IS A LEGEND! The bedrooms got pretty hot. One had a powerful ceiling fan like the other rooms, and there was another really strong fan that was nice to have. The living room also had two sofa beds. There was some wear and tear in most rooms, but it was still a fabulous stay, and I hope to come back to Benidorm and stay there again soon. The view of the ocean and sunset was beautiful, with a pub and restaurant below. The TV only really played one channel. There’s no pool, since it isn’t a hotel, but you can swim at the beach nearby, where the water stays shallow even 150 metres from shore. I’d avoid going more than 60 metres out, though, as there are some deep spots with sharp rocks. On the left side of Benidorm, there are four pedal cars with a slide, for only €30 an hour. There’s also a kids’ playground 30 seconds away and a zipline right in front of the accommodation.

I’d been a little concerned by the reviews, but the welcome and accommodation were a lovely surprise. We stayed in low season and had no complaints. When the hot water had a problem, they told us what was happening and fixed it within the timeframe they gave. Things do happen, and they handled it well by keeping us informed. Communication is key, and they got it right. Great location and a great place to stay.

Communication with the apartments was excellent, and the sea view makes it five stars. The place is a little dated and could use a refresh, but it was clean and seemed well equipped. We only stayed a few nights and didn’t use the kitchen. The beds and room were clean.

The rooms were spotless, the views were beautiful, and the staff were so friendly. I loved my stay here in June on the sixth floor. I’m coming back next June for the penthouse on the seventh floor.

Being able to cross the road to the beach and unwind without doing a thing was priceless. The location is perfect, just two minutes into town, and we had the best holiday. Mia on reception deserves a mention, she’s such a lovely young woman and a credit to the place. I’m sure the rest of the staff are too.
