Apartamentos Belroy

The bar right beside the hotel was a handy place to meet up for an evening drink. We were nine people in three rooms for four nights, and the hotel was good value. It’s a 3-5 minute walk to both the beach and nightlife, close enough to enjoy them but far enough from the noise. Our rooms were roomy, clean, and well equipped, and the whole place looked well kept. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty with a good choice. The lounge bar and disco area looked great, though we didn’t try them. We’d recommend it and stay again.

The food is one of the strong points here. Breakfast is excellent and better than average, while lunch and dinner are good but can feel repetitive. Poolside is clean and pleasant, though a little small, and people reserving sunbeds can be frustrating. We’ve stayed at both Climia hotels, the Belroy and the Plaza, and they’re similar in offering good value for the quality. The Plaza may be a bit better for food and the bar, but the Belroy seems newer and better maintained. Its New Town location is spot on, with the Old Town a short walk away and everything Benidorm offers nearby. Rooms are fresh, clean, and comfortable, with roomy balconies and nice views. The beds and pillows are good, though the lighting could be better: too many lights are connected, and the bedside lights are awkwardly placed. Staff are friendly, cleanliness is excellent, and the bar spaces, including the sushi bar and Café Paris, have a modern boutique feel. There was some noise now and then from stag and hen groups, which is fairly typical for Benidorm. Good value and a dependable stay, we’d be happy to come back.

We felt really relaxed bringing our little dog, and it’s such a good hotel for travelling with pets. The location is fantastic, and all the staff are helpful and friendly. This was our second stay, and we can’t wait to come back.

Breakfast was amazing, a full 10/10, and the rooms were modern, spotless, and had good views. I recently stayed at Hotel Belroy in Benidorm; it’s in a great spot close to the strip, and the shower was excellent too. The €100 deposit was the one thing that annoyed me, but it’s still a very good hotel. Five stars.
