Horrible. The staff and workers were incredibly rude and had no manners. The lifeguard seemed biased against non-Spanish residents, and the people who stay all year round were incredibly horrible. The package promised an apartment with AC, but we were left with one directly in the sunlight. The curtains were ripped and in horrendous condition, and cleanliness was lacking. I 100% do not recommend it.
OWNER/EMPLOYEE: Robbin Railley is a SCAMMER! He ordered a valuable package, and then something went wrong with PostNL. The issue was resolved by returning the package. Even though it was in transit and he said he’d paid, he blocked me and cut off contact. He later knew the package was in transit and kept insisting that payment was on its way, saying the delay was because of a country difference. That isn’t true. I’m now out of money, the package is on its way to Benidorm, and it’s about to arrive. I can no longer get in touch with him.
The apartment has great views, and the lifeguard was fantastic. The year-round owners treated us to afternoon tea by the pool. We’ll be back!
I had a really pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, the shared pool was well looked after, and I’d definitely recommend it.
The apartments are in compact, practical towers. There’s a garage, pools and a tennis court, plus a shopping area with a bar that doesn’t make much noise for nearby residents.
