The best part of the rooftop bar is the view. Watching the sunset colours fall across the Mesquita-Cathedral rooftops with a drink was wonderful, and it's probably the best spot in Cordoba for that. Get there early to find a table. Service was a bit slow, but the view made it worth it. Sunshine Mesquita is a comfortable, clean apartment, though a little dated. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two share a connecting sliding door and have an independent bathroom beside the en-suite. It's on the first floor with no lift. The apartment is managed from the nearby Hotel Marisa reception, where staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just steps from the Mesquita-Cathedral, and it's really good value.

We went back to this rooftop restaurant on our second trip to Cordoba, and I'm glad we did. The cathedral and city view is incredible, the tapas and paella were delicious, and the service was very friendly. You can't beat that view. Highly recommend!

A pleasant little hotel with a great location and a view of the Mezquita. It isn't luxurious, but it has what an average traveller needs for a short one- or two-night stay. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and parking is right next door. I'd warmly recommend it.

Being close to the Mezquita is the main plus, and the Roman Bridge is an easy walk too. Just watch for road closures if there's an event nearby. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here, even for a night or two. The toilet's constant hissing stressed me out, and I could hear furniture scraping in other rooms. There's basically no soundproofing.

Hotel Marisa made my time in Cordoba even nicer. Naresa (I may have her name wrong) was a lovely host and gave me great suggestions, and the breakfast staff were kind and helpful too. The little room was cosy and had the basics, and breakfast downstairs was good. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view, definitely worth checking out. It's very central, though getting there by bus from the station was a bit tricky. Walking back to the station was easy enough when the weather cooperated. I'd love to return and stay longer.
