Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town

They returned €150 of my €200 deposit, leaving €50 deducted. I still don't understand why they'd keep that much for something so simple to resolve. Be very cautious about booking these apartments. On my last day, I accidentally locked myself out with the key inside. The caretaker/cleaner opened the door quickly with a little tool and a wiggle of the lock. It took two minutes, did no damage, and the lock worked fine afterwards. Still, the company kept part of my deposit over this honest mistake, which cost them nothing. From other reviews, it seems they may be treating "returnable" deposits as income and using petty excuses to hold onto people's money. Very dishonest. I only found out after asking why my refund hadn't arrived eight days later. The company's communication is poor, and replies tend to be very short and curt. The apartments themselves were basic but clean and well located. Soundproofing wasn't great. But do you really want to risk staying somewhere this dishonest?

We spent 10 days here with the family and really liked it. The apartments have kitchens and sit right in the middle of town, just two minutes from the beach. Mercadona, a large supermarket, is also only a two-minute walk away.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and everything you need is right nearby. The town is about a five-minute walk away, with the beach just two minutes away. We had an amazing holiday here in July 2022. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and I'm definitely coming back in 2023.
