10/10
The beds were very comfy, the rooms gorgeous, the food great, and the bar lovely. It was so clean, with friendly staff, a pool, and stunning sea views, right on the beach. 10/10, it ticks all the boxes for a great stay. Special thanks to the two Antonios, exceptional staff!

4/10
The view is wonderful, but the pool area is small and getting to the pool was difficult. It was surrounded by sun loungers, piled up high and hard to move. The food was poor, and the bar staff were rude and very unfriendly. It wasn't for us, though other guests seemed happy there.

10/10
The pool was great and clean, and the bar and coffee shop had a lovely, spacious feel. The rooms were spacious and clean [008], with loads of food choice at the self-service buffet. Reception was big, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A hidden gem.

Incredible value, with what I think was the best view I've had from a hotel room. Fantastic hotel, couldn't fault it. I'll be back.

Hotel Benikaktus gave me a fantastic stay, and I hope to return soon. From the start, the whole staff made us feel welcome, with friendly, helpful, professional service. Elísio especially stood out, always attentive, polite, and ready to help, and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the panoramic pool was a real highlight. The location is excellent too, with a stunning sea view that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Benidorm. I highly recommend it.
