I was really impressed. The food is amazing, and the restaurant feels high quality, from the sound throughout the space to the beautiful ambience. The prices fit the quality. I loved the atmosphere and music too.

The food was so good that we came back three nights in a row for dinner, desserts, and drinks. The people working there, from the waiters and bartenders to the DJ and kitchen staff, were all lovely and professional. If you’re in Alicante and want the best, this is the place to be.

I can’t put into words how wonderful the food and service were. Andrea did much more than bring us our dishes. She shared the cultural background of arroz, vinos, and quesos, and made the experience even better. I recommend this place.

The setting lets you forget the outside world and settle into your food, the atmosphere, and an unhurried conversation with friends, family, or colleagues. El Portal is truly a special place. The staff are professional and clearly trained to give guests a top tier experience, with real care and precision in what they do. Every detail has been thought through, from the interior and tableware to the glassware and lighting. The people, service, and quality of the products all feel on another level. We highly recommend a visit to El Portal at least once in your life.
