Concept Suites

The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and water ran down the walls. Mold covered the shower walls and base, while the humidity affected the whole room. There was nowhere to hang towels or clothes without them getting wet. They didn't leave enough towels, and when I asked for some, they were put on the floor outside the apartment door without a bag, with the claim that they were soiled. This was our New Year's trip, at Calle Mayor 7 # 3 and 2, and it was the most devastating accommodation experience I've had. The stairs were filthy, and the apartments were dark and dirty. The beds were falling apart, and the TV and air conditioning remotes were contaminated. I used a bleach wipe I'd brought to clean them and the nightstands, and both wipes came away completely filthy. The toilets had built-up dirt, and the cleaning didn't seem professional. Apparently, the same staff from the restaurant next door handled cleaning and maintenance for all three rooms. A real disaster.
