The communal areas are tasteful and spotless, and the hotel enforces its no sunbed reserving rules. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day, while breakfast was among the best I’ve had at any hotel worldwide. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. This is surely one of the best hotels in Benidorm, if not the best. The guests do tend to be older, but I don’t see that as a bad thing. Older people appreciate quality, and this place has it. I can’t think of a single fault.

The hotel is spotless throughout, and the food is always amazing with a great choice. We’ve been coming back to our favourite hotel for many years and will be back in February. Thanks for a great holiday. The staff make it special too. STEPHEN on the sundeck is amazing and helpful to all the guests, always working hard. Robert works hard too. Raymond gives a warm welcome and has a great sense of humour, and Sharleen is a great asset for the entertainment and other things. One small suggestion: warning signs at the pool entrances, or non-slip strips, would help. The floors can be slippery, and I’ve seen many guests fall. I worry that one day someone could get badly hurt.

It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The rooms are perfect, and they always try their best to give you the room you prefer. The restaurant is comfortable and serves superb food. I love this hotel, and the staff are wonderful hosts.

We were there for a week in January and had a lovely holiday. We chose a standard double and I was surprised by the lovely balcony, with reclining seats and a great view over the pool and the sea behind it. One afternoon we just sat out there and relaxed, something you couldn’t do in the UK in January because it’s too cold. We’d come for the Three Kings parade, but heavy rain meant it was cancelled. Even with the bad weather there was still plenty to do at the hotel. We went full board and the food was fantastic, with good options. The hotel looked beautiful with its Christmas decorations.
