H10 Porto Poniente Hotel

We came to surprise friends who were already on holiday, and the staff were outstanding from arrival to departure. Lorena at reception deserves a special mention. She was fantastic at check-in and is a real credit to the hotel and an invaluable asset to the H10 group. The hotel is modern and clean, with excellent facilities. Our room was lovely, and the pool and bar area are very well designed. The food was outstanding, one of our best experiences in Spain. It’s also in an ideal spot, right on the beachfront and a few minutes’ walk from the old town. I’d highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool, food, and drinks were top tier, and the rooms had lovely decor and were so clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Lorena at reception, who helped us with everything. My sister and I stayed in May, and it was honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. They made our holiday in Benidorm and we’ll book again, at this hotel and other H10 hotels. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

The food was a real highlight. Everything I tried was delicious, with plenty of variety and consistently good quality. The staff were just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they went out of their way to make me feel cared for. H10 Porto Poniente was a pleasure from the moment I arrived. The whole property was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a fresh, modern feel. I also loved the light, pleasant fragrance around the hotel. It made the place feel welcoming and luxurious without being overpowering. With its location right by Poniente Beach, great food, warm service, and clean rooms, it’s a real winner in Benidorm. I highly recommend it and will return on my next trip.

The food was really good, and the staff deserve a lot of credit. They greeted us with smiles, spoke very good English, and did their best to keep everything running smoothly for guests, which can’t always be easy these days. Our room was large and comfortable, and the rooftop outdoor pool had a lovely view of the sea and boulevard. The hotel is right on the Benidorm boulevard near the centre. The train station is close, and the bus stops almost right outside. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
