The pool is reached by elevator and then across the gated parking area. It's private to some extent and gets plenty of sun, but the facilities are dismal: no sunbeds, chairs, or outdoor toilets. The apartments themselves can sleep four, though the beds aren't very comfortable. One is slatted, another is a sofa bed, and there's also a pull-out. The glass divider doesn't really help with privacy since you can still hear your roommate snoring. Blackout shutters do help cut the road noise a bit. I've stayed here four times in different rooms. The ones I've had were modernised and had air conditioning. You're right across from the Western bar on the strip, so expect noise until around midnight. The location is handy, with plenty of places to eat just outside, including a cake shop, and views towards levante beach. If you can get hold of one of his three apartments, Hanny is the person to book with. Hope this helps anyone thinking of staying.

Really good, and it went beyond what I expected!

Lovely views of the sea, only 100 meters away. The atmosphere was excellent, quiet, and cozy.

The apartment is spacious, has everything needed for a great holiday, and looks out over the beach. The location is unbeatable. My issue is with the parking: I booked it, but when I arrived the lot was full. Having parking guaranteed was one of the reasons I chose this place, so it's frustrating to find that what I was offered when booking ahead isn't assured.
