The rooms were clean, serviced daily, and had air-conditioning. The staff were attentive too. On a very hot day when I was leaving, someone offered me a chilled bottle of water. It's a little out of the way, though still an easy enough walk to the Old Town. I'd call it a two-star hotel with three-star service. I'm very picky, and couldn't fault it.

A good hotel, with clean rooms, decent staff and an adequate breakfast. The bathroom toiletries could use an upgrade, things like the shampoo, shower gel and soap. I'd say it merits three stars.

This is a plain, simple hotel that doesn't pretend to be fancy. Airton was brilliant and the beds were comfortable, so it's a good fit if you just need somewhere to sleep. It's at the far end of the Old Town, about a 40-minute walk to the New Town strip if that's where you're headed. As a group of lads, we knew there'd be a €200 deposit per room. I was disappointed they only accepted cash. Still, if a comfy bed and no frills are all you want, what more do you need?

Such kind service, and the beach is only about 8 minutes away 🏖️ The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is great. This hotel deserves more stars than it has now 😇🥰

A pleasant little hotel in beautiful Benidorm. The rooms are always neat and very clean, sheets get changed almost every day, and the staff are very kind and helpful.
